Properties may be rented, prices may change, and details may differ from what is listed. Always verify information directly with the property owner or agent.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not create accounts for fraudulent purposes or to spam property owners.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TPLrentals.com to: post fraudulent or misleading content; harass property owners or other users; or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.

Prohibited Data Collection

You may not, without our express written permission:

• Build or compile a database, dataset, or directory using content obtained from TPLrentals.com.
• Access our API endpoints for any purpose other than normal use of the website through a standard web browser.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any rate limiting, access controls, or technical measures designed to protect our platform.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination, IP blocking, and legal action including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

Limitation of Liability

TPLrentals.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between renters and property owners. We strongly recommend inspecting properties in person before entering into any rental agreement.
